Yeah. What few plants I've seen are usually of the gardening variety or a tree, and that's still next to never. We don't have the kind of resources to fuel vanity projects like flower gardens.
They can be. They die easily, but there are some that... if you've planted one, they're nearly impossible to fully get rid of.
