[ there's a gentle cooing in her tone, and she reaches up with her free hand to help wipe the tears away. her thumb rubs through the tear track on her cheek. ]

[ even if it isn't like, worrying bad feelings, this might be too new and overwhelming and it is okay to take it easy. ]
Yes. [she says, after a moment, with another little sniff.] I'm - ah, this keeps happening.
[she's flustered by the tears!! she hasn't cried since she was six years old, she didn't cry for the whole time she was here, and then she died and went on a cyoa and stopped wearing her ropes and it's like all of the things inside her that were locked up came tumbling out.
she leans into nahri wiping her tears away.]
I'm not used to feeling like this.
[in a good way, though. her emotions aren't distant anymore - they're just up in her face, and sometimes they knock her out a little.]

[ just to breathe and to let it process. she wonders idly how it'd feel if she had her magic back; being able to hear shenhe's heart beat, the air in her lungs, the little pops and gurgles of all the processes that keep her alive. she may be erased for now, but. she'll come back, just like nahri's magic will - or so she hopes - and she won't have to wonder then.
[they do have time - it's nice. it's... wonderful, honestly, to have this much time, to have so much more time than she thought they would. she's so eager to get to that. she wants to be solid, she wants to go home.
