the thing about this hit of negativity is that it kind of feels like a bat to the knees. shenhe is used to feeling bad things, but not to this extent, and it's a little overwhelming. this is a good thing and a bad thing - the good thing is that she no longer wants to murder. the bad thing is that she holds onto her red ropes very suddenly and goes very still.
